* 2 days per week 190.00 per month
* 3 days per week 250.00 per month
* 4 days per week 310.00 per month
* Registration forms completed
* Copy of shot record
* $50.00 non-refundable registration fee
* Applicable daily tuition rate due on the first of each month for the entire month
